Every dog learns at a different pace, and progress depends on factors such as age, breed, temperament, previous experience and consistency between sessions.

Booking a set number of sessions does not guarantee that your dog will be fully trained or a behaviour completely resolved within that time. Regular practice at home is essential for long-term progress.

• Training may occasionally finish few minutes earlier where continuing would not be appropriate for the dog's welfare, concentration or physical condition.

• Please note, this time includes the feedback about the session when I bring back your dog

• I will take your dog for a 1-hour training session and return it afterward. My packages also include a final 1-hour handover session where I’ll show you the training results and provide essential information for your ongoing success. This ensures a smooth transition and helps you reinforce the training with your dog in the future.​

The training fee therefore covers the professional service and support provided throughout the programme. It does not purchase or guarantee a predetermined level of behaviour from the dog within a fixed period of time.

During trainer-led sessions, I can introduce and strengthen skills, work through challenges and build better responses with your dog. However, dogs also need to learn to perform those behaviours with you, in your everyday environment.

Dogs do not automatically transfer everything they learn with a trainer to every person, place and situation.

This is why owner involvement, handover sessions and continued practice are an essential part of the programme.

Handover sessions are an important part of trainer-led programmes.

During the handover, I show you what your dog has been learning, how I have been working with them and, most importantly, how you can continue the training yourself.

The programme should not be considered complete until the scheduled handover and remaining sessions have taken place.
